Prizes If the competition has a specific prize (it will be listed with the competition), there can be no alternative. If the winner is from a cash competition at Cult of Whatever they will be paid via Paypal. The winner can choose to receive online gift vouchers as an alternative. Entries To enter you must send the information required, by filling in a form online or through email. Cult of Whatever will not be responsible or liable for: (a) any failure to receive entries due to transmission failures and other conditions beyond its reasonable control; (b) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (c) any contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Cult of Whatever; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the competition. Winner Selection The winner will be selected according to the rules of the specific competition. Cult of Whatever will attempt to notify selected winners by e-mail within about two (2) working days after the selection. Prize winners will have seven (7) days from notification to respond. If a selected winner is unreachable or ineligible, or fails to claim a prize in the manner prescribed in the e-mail, the winner will forfeit his or her prize. Winner Information The winners name may appear on the Talk Whatever Online Winners Page and on Cult of Whatever, in addition winners could be announced on our forum and social media profiles.
