WWE RAW Results: December 7, 2015By Cassidy| December 8, 2015 WWE Raw Previous Page Detailed Results After their formation led to the devastation of Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, & The Usos on last week’s RAW, this week’s RAW kicks off with The League of Nations as WWE World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus is flanked by King Barrett, “The Bulgarian Brute” Rusev, & United States Champion Alberto Del Rio. Sheamus says that he’s been thinking about what he’s going to say all day, saying that it was a “waste of time” because all they need to know about him and his WWE TLC opponent Roman Reigns is right on his “Sheamus 5:15” t-shirt. The champion then claims that WWE has officially entered into the “international era” with the League of Nations, saying that they are “four premiere athletes” from four of the “greatest countries” in the world. Sheamus continues, saying that they kicked the “arse” of Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, & The Usos last week before saying that there are not four men on the face of the planet who can “match” them, saying they’re the “best of the best of the best”. However, this declaration leads to an interesting standoff as the lights go out in the arena and, when they come back on, The League of Nations are face-to-face with The Wyatt Family! With Luke Harper, Erick Rowan, & Braun Strowman standing by his side, Bray Wyatt introduces himself to The League of Nations before saying that all of this is his world and he’s just letting them “breathe in it”. Wyatt then says that they didn’t come out there to “talk”, they came out there for the “chaos”, but before all hell could break loose, The Dudley Boyz & Tommy Dreamer come out to the stage. Bubba Ray says that he will see Bray’s “chaos” and they will raise it “to the extreme” before Bray responds by saying that, apparently, his “message” to the three of them has not been clear. Wyatt then says that The Dudley Boyz & Tommy Dreamer are “out-manned” and “out-gunned”, telling the extreme trio to do themselves a favor and not get in Bray’s way. D-Von then tells Bray that, when you’re “extreme”, you don’t “die”, you “multiply” and, with that, The Dudley Boyz & Tommy Dreamer bring out the newest addition to their extreme crusade as former ECW World Champion “The Man Beast” Rhyno join his longtime friends! Just as a huge brawl is about to break out, the ante gets upped with the arrival of Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, & The Usos! This would lead to the opening match of RAW as, in a huge opening match, the four four-man teams would collide as The League of Nations, The Wyatt Family, the team of The Dudley Boyz, Tommy Dreamer, & Rhyno, and the team of Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, & The Usos would compete in a sixteen-man, Fatal 4-Way Elimination Tag Match, where one member of each team would be allowed to be in the ring at a time and, when a member of one team is pinned or made to submit, then that team is eliminated! The extreme team would score the first elimination of the wild match as Tommy Dreamer spikes Erick Rowan with the Dreamer DDT, pinning Rowan to eliminate The Wyatt Family from the match! Shortly after this elimination, the match would completely break down with all twelve Superstars entering the ring, sparking a huge brawl that would spread to the outside of the ring, leaving a very interesting scene in the ring as, for the first time ever, Roman Reigns come face-to-face with Rhyno! However, Sheamus & Rusev would break it up, followed shortly by The Dudley Boyz who take Rusev out with the 3-D before turning their attention to the WWE World Heavyweight Champion, but Alberto Del Rio would make the save. This would give Sheamus the opening he needed as the champion catches Bubba Ray with the Brogue Kick, pinning Bubba Ray to eliminate Team ECW from the match, leaving The League of Nations to square off with Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose, & The Usos. Later on in the chaotic match, it would come down to the champion and the challenger in the ring as Sheamus would size Roman Reigns up for the Brogue Kick, but Reigns would counter with the Spear, pinning the WWE World Heavyweight Champion to pick up the win for himself, Dean Ambrose, & The Usos! Before he defends the Intercontinental Championship against Dean Ambrose this Sunday at WWE TLC, the Intercontinental Champion would be in action on RAW as Kevin Owens would go one-on-one with “The Show Off” Dolph Ziggler in a non-title match with Tyler Breeze & Summer Rae at ringside in their VIP Section. Throughout the match, Kevin Owens would target the shoulder of Dolph Ziggler, but Dolph would still manage to battle back, even scoring a stunning DDT on the outside! Despite both men feeling the effects of a grueling match, Kevin Owens would manage to catch Dolph Ziggler with a super kick, but Dolph would respond with a super kick of his own, nearly beating Owens. The Intercontinental Champion would then come out of nowhere with the Pop-Up Powerbomb, finally securing the three-count to pick up the win, but as soon as Owens match is over, Dean Ambrose makes his way to the ring, casually eating popcorn and sipping a drink. As an irate Owens demands an explanation from Ambrose, “The Lunatic Fringe” would throw the popcorn and the drink in the Intercontinental Champion’s face! The Divas were in action on RAW as Team B.A.D.’s Sasha Banks & Naomi, with Tamina in their corner, would face Team Bella’s Brie Bella & Alicia Fox in tag team action. In the end, it was Naomi scoring with the Rear View to Brie Bella, pinning Brie to pick up the win. After the match, WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day would inexplicably make their way to the ring, handing unicorn headbands to Team B.A.D. and, apparently, forging a new alliance as they all chant “Bad Day rocks”. Before they defend the WWE Tag Team Titles in a Triple Threat Ladder Match against The Usos and The Lucha Dragons this Sunday at WWE TLC, the WWE Tag Team Champions were in action on RAW as The New Day’s Big E & Kofi Kingston would face The Lucha Dragons in a non-title match with The Usos guests on commentary. During the match, Xavier Woods would decide to play his trombone in the face of The Usos and the twins would not take kindly to the actions of Xavier as The Usos would take Woods down, putting the boots to Xavier. This would draw the attention of Kofi Kingston and Sin Cara would take advantage, rolling Kofi up to pick up the win for The Lucha Dragons. After using her father, Ric Flair, and some underhanded tactics to defeat Becky Lynch on last week’s RAW, Divas Champion Charlotte would be on RAW with her two-time Hall of Fame father Ric Flair as guests on Miz TV. After The Miz introduces his guests, Divas Champion Charlotte and “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair make their way to the ring before The Miz says that Ric Flair must be so “proud” of his daughter. Flair says that the only thing better than winning a championship is seeing a son or daughter win the title and she will be in Charlotte’s corner when she defends the Divas Title this Sunday. The Miz then questions Charlotte about her new attitude, but the Divas Champion takes things in a different direction, saying that, if she was a man, then The Miz would be praising her for her “ambition”, adding that she feels sorry for The Miz’s wife. The Miz says that this is not about him or his wife, saying that it’s about Charlotte and, ever since Survivor Series, the Divas Champion has changed. The Miz then asks Charlotte to respond to Paige’s accusations of her cheating to keep the title at Survivor Series, but after consulting with her father, Charlotte refuses to comment, saying that she will respond this Sunday. However, The Miz was not done with the Divas Champion, saying that this is her forum to respond to everything that Paige has had to say to her and about her, expressing surprise that Charlotte is turning down the opportunity to speak out. Ric Flair then says that The Miz is not going to use Charlotte to get ratings for Miz TV and Miz responds by accusing Charlotte of trying to “hide” behind her father. The Miz then continues to prod, bringing up the derogatory things that Paige has been saying in recent weeks about Charlotte and Ric Flair. This would force Charlotte to finally respond, saying that the only thing that is “lower on the food chain” than The Miz is “that backstabbing, two-faced, gothic piece of trash” Paige. The Divas Champion then says that she wishes that Paige was here so that she could tell her how she’s going to “destroy” her at WWE TLC for everything she has said about Charlotte and her family, saying that Paige will be lucky if she steps foot in the ring again after this Sunday. The Miz then reveals that Paige is in the arena tonight as the challenger makes her way to the ring, saying that she can’t wait for Charlotte to say all of that to her face. Flair tries to keep his daughter calm, telling Charlotte that it’s all a “ploy” to try and upset her and advising her to wait until Sunday because they are Flairs and they are “champions”. The two-time Hall of Famer is then set to follow his daughter in exiting the ring, but before he does, Paige gets Ric Flair to turn around before slapping the legend across the face before mocking “The Nature Boy”! This prompts Ric Flair to sic Charlotte on Paige as the Divas Champion attacks the challenger, but Paige is quick to escape the ring, having effectively played her mind games with the Divas Champion. After accidentally injuring Lana last week, Ryback would go one-on-one with “The Bulgarian Brute” Rusev, with Lana in his corner, on RAW. During the match, Ryback would chase Rusev around the ringside area with Ryback appearing to inadvertently knock Lana down. Lana would then feign an injury to give Rusev the advantage as Rusev sends Ryback into the steel steps before “The Bulgarian Brute” locks in the Accolade on Ryback on the outside as the match ends in a double count-out. The referee is finally able to pull Rusev off of Ryback before Rusev & Lana walk away together, proud of their actions. With Titus O’Neil a guest on commentary, “The Real American” Jack Swagger was in action against Stardust on RAW. During the match, Jack Swagger appeared to have control of the match before United States Champion Alberto Del Rio & Zeb Colter make their way to ringside. Despite the distraction, Jack Swagger would make a comeback, locking in the Patriot Lock, making Stardust tap out to pick up the win. However, as soon as the bell rings, Alberto Del Rio strikes as the United States Champion blasts Swagger in the back with a steel chair! Swagger then rolls to the outside, collapsing on the floor as, in the ring, Stardust finds himself in a bad situation with Alberto Del Rio as Del Rio attacks the cosmic Superstar with a chair shot to the back. The United States Champion then turns his focus back to Jack Swagger at ringside, but when Del Rio gets close to Swagger, “The Real American” quickly gets to his feet with a chair of his own. Both men then swing their chairs, connecting with a smash of the steel as Del Rio drops his chair and trips over Zeb’s scooter in his rush to retreat. This leaves Zeb Colter alone at ringside and Swagger confronts his former mentor, pleading with Colter for an explanation for his change of heart, but Zeb just drives his scooter away from “The Real American”. Backstage, Alberto Del Rio & Zeb Colter are having a discussion about what just took place with the United States Champion laying into Zeb, saying that the fans “laughed” at him and it was all because of Colter and his “stupid scooter”. Del Rio then tells Zeb to stay far away from him because he doesn’t “need” Colter, but Zeb tells Del Rio to calm down, calling Del Rio a “hothead”. Colter then says that Del Rio would not be the United States Champion if it wasn’t for him, saying that he’s the one who recruited Del Rio. Del Rio then screams at Zeb to “shut up” before threatening Colter with a steel chair, saying that he will do to Zeb what he plans to do to Swagger this Sunday. Zeb then drives his scooter away before Del Rio tosses a chair at Colter, knocking over some steel poles. Before The Dudley Boyz, Tommy Dreamer, & Rhyno face The Wyatt Family in an 8-Man Tag Team Tables Match this Sunday at WWE TLC, “The Innovator of Violence” Tommy Dreamer, with The Dudley Boyz & Rhyno in his corner, would have the unenviable task of going one-on-one with The Wyatt Family’s Braun Strowman, with Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper, & Erick Rowan in his corner. Despite Tommy Dreamer’s best efforts, Braun Strowman would overwhelm the extreme legend, locking Dreamer in his triangle choke, rendering Dreamer unconscious to pick up the win. With tables, ladders, and chairs adorning the ring and ringside area, it was time for the final confrontation between Roman Reigns and WWE World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus before their TLC Match for the title. Roman Reigns would come out first as Roman uses the ladder in the ring to track his career before vowing that, this Sunday at WWE TLC, he is going to take the WWE World Heavyweight Title back, saying that he’s not going anywhere until Sheamus comes out there and they destroy each other with the weapons placed around the ring. Sheamus would come out to the stage, saying that WWE TLC will end the same way that Survivor Series did as he will stand over Roman Reigns with the title in his possession. Roman then dares Sheamus to come to the ring and fight, saying that he does love to “fight” and he will fight Reigns, but he won’t do it tonight. Roman continues to taunt the champion, saying that he thought that the Irish had “potatoes”, but it looks like Sheamus just has “tater tots”. Now at ringside, Sheamus says that he is going to build a “castle” at WWE TLC, saying that he’s going to leave Roman Reigns among a pile of broken tables, ladders, and chairs. Roman then sweetens the deal by tossing the steel chair out of the ring, but the champion says that Roman would just put him through the table in the ring, so Reigns slides the table out of the ring. Sheamus then suggests that, if Roman gets rid of the giant ladder, then maybe he will fight him and Roman does just that, but the challenger picks up the ladder and hurls it at Sheamus, who just narrowly gets out of the way! Losing his patience, Roman says that he challenged Sheamus’ “manhood”, asking Sheamus if he is a champion or a “footnote” before saying that he is going to run through Sheamus like a “tornado” and all Sheamus will have left is that shirt he’s wearing. This would finally get Sheamus to get into the ring and the fight was on as Roman Reigns would take it to the WWE World Heavyweight Champion on the outside, but Sheamus would fight back, sending Roman face-first into a ladder before the fight spills into the crowd with Roman smashing trash cans with the body of the champion. Sheamus and Roman then make their way to the staging area, bouncing Sheamus face-first off of the ramp before Reigns would look to powerbomb Sheamus off of the stage, but the champion would fight back again. Sheamus then grabs a steel chair, delivering chair shots to the back of Roman before Roman shoves the chair back into the face of the champion. Reigns then delivers a chair shot to the back of Sheamus before the fight returns to ringside as Sheamus tries to powerbomb Roman through the announce table, but Reigns counters with the Superman Punch. Roman then sizes Sheamus up for the Spear, but when Reigns charges at Sheamus, the champion moves out of the way, sending Roman careening over the announce table. Sheamus then stands tall at ringside, thinking that he had vanquished the challenger, but Reigns would dive at Sheamus, sacrificing himself to send the WWE World Heavyweight Champion through a table with the Spear! As the champion laid motionless amidst the broken table, Roman Reigns would stumble to his feet, proving that he is more than capable of utilizing tables, ladders, and chairs to his advantage and, more importantly, proving that he can best Sheamus in the most extreme of environments.
