WWE SmackDown Results: November 19, 2015By Cassidy| November 20, 2015 WWE SmackDown Previous Page Detailed Results SmackDown kicks off with The Miz in the ring as the self-proclaimed “A-Lister” The Miz would host Miz TV with his special guests, the four Semi-Finalists in the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Tournament, who will face off this Sunday at Survivor Series. Before The Miz can even introduce him, Intercontinental Champion Kevin Owens makes his way to the ring, saying that he’s decided that he is turning Miz TV into “The Kevin Owens Show”, saying that once he is the WWE World Heavyweight Champion, no one will be able to deny that he is “the man”. The Miz then begins to introduce his second guest, but he is interrupted again as United States Champion Alberto Del Rio makes his way to ringside with Zeb Colter in tow. Colter says that they are not going to “separate and hate”, telling The Miz that they refuse to participate in the “charade” that is Miz TV. Zeb then says that The Miz can call his show whatever he wants, saying that a show is judged by its content, not its name, calling Miz TV “crap”. Kevin Owens finds this amusing which leads to Colter addressing the Intercontinental Champion, saying Owens is a “hater” and, even worse, Owens is from Canada. Colter then asks if Owens “ice skated across Lake Michigan one night”. Now in the ring, Del Rio says that, once he is the WWE World Heavyweight Champion, there will be a place for people like Kevin Owens, saying that they will always need someone to clean their pools in “MexAmerica”. Owens responds by saying that “nobody” missed Del Rio while he was away from WWE. The third Semi-Finalist then makes his way to the ring as Dean Ambrose joins Miz TV, saying that he is “thrilled” to be on Miz TV, saying that Owens and Del Rio are not “respecting the system”. Ambrose then says that Del Rio is “one bad hombre”, but if he has to go through him, he will before telling Kevin Owens to take his “best shot”, saying that he is walking out with the WWE World Heavyweight Championship this Sunday. The Miz then begins to introduce the fourth Semi-Finalist, but his introduction is again cut off as Roman Reigns makes his way to the ring. The Miz then starts to tell Roman about how Miz TV works, but Reigns says that the way Miz TV works is that The Miz keeps talking until someone shuts him up. Inexplicably, the unpredictable R-Truth then interrupts Miz TV, making his way to the ring, telling everyone that they are looking at the “underdog”. As the other five men in the ring look at R-Truth, perplexed, Truth says that he’s a “survivor” and, at Survivor Series, he is going to cut through every one of the men in the ring and he will become the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion. The Miz then breaks it to R-Truth that he’s not even in the tournament, saying that the tournament has been going on for two weeks and he’s never been in it. Surprised and embarrassed, R-Truth says “my bad”, wishing Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose good luck before leaving the ring, letting Miz TV continue. Fed up with the interruptions, The Miz explains that he’s supposed to talk about how it could be “friend versus friend” or “champion versus champion” at Survivor Series and it’s supposed to lead to a face-off that ultimately leads to a fight, making it the most “dramatic” Survivor Series of all-time all thanks to him. Roman tells The Miz to “chill out”, telling The Miz that he’s familiar with Hollywood, so he’s the “director”, telling The Miz to direct them. Reigns suggests that The Miz call “action” and The Miz tries to show Roman how it’s done, but when Miz calls “action”, Dean Ambrose pops The Miz in the mouth, leaving Miz out cold. Kevin Owens and Alberto Del Rio are quick to leave the ring, leaving Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose in the ring. After Miz TV went completely awry, leading to him being knocked out cold by Dean Ambrose, The Miz was scheduled for action on SmackDown, but The Miz says that he is ordering that his match be cancelled. However, for the countess time, The Miz is interrupted, this time by his opponent, Cesaro. Despite The Miz’s protests, the one-on-one match would get underway. Fueled by frustration, The Miz would unload on Cesaro early on in the match, but “The Swiss Superman” would battle back, making quick work of The Miz, locking in the Crossface and making The Miz tap out to pick up the win. After the match, Cesaro leaves the ring, but is confronted on the ramp by Stardust & The Ascension, perplexing “The Swiss Superman”, but the trio walks past Cesaro before Cesaro mocks Stardust and heads to the back. In 6-Man Tag action, “The Man That Gravity Forgot” Neville would join forces with The Dudley Boyz to face Stardust & The Ascension. In the end, it was The Dudley Boyz hitting the 3-D as Bubba Ray pins Viktor to pick up the win for his team. After some choice words about Dolph Ziggler and Dolph’s past with Summer Rae, “Prince Pretty” was in action on SmackDown as Tyler Breeze, with Summer Rae in his corner, would go one-on-one with Zack Ryder. Before the match gets underway, Dolph Ziggler decides to make his way to ringside, making a mess of Tyler Breeze’s VIP Section. In the end, it was Tyler Breeze hitting the Unprettier on Zack Ryder, pinning Ryder for the win. After the match, Dolph Ziggler would attack “Prince Pretty”, blasting Tyler Breeze with a super kick on the outside of the ring. Before The Undertaker & Kane face two members of The Wyatt Family at Survivor Series, The Wyatt Family would appear on SmackDown with a “message” for the Brothers of Destruction. Preceded by his army of druids wearing sheep masks, Bray Wyatt would lead Luke Harper, Erick Rowan, & Braun Strowman to the ring. Bray says that the words he speaks are the words of an “honest man”, saying that there are still “pieces” of The Undertaker & Kane that belong to him, saying that he gave the druids “salvation” and “peace”. Bray continues, saying that the Brothers of Destruction will be given a chance to “redeem themselves” at Survivor Series, but they will “fail”. Bray then highlights the members of The Wyatt Family, pondering which two Wyatt Family members will face the Brothers of Destruction this Sunday. Bray then arrives at Braun Strowman, opting to let the mastodon speak for himself as Strowman says that he’s dreamt of “tearing apart legacies”. Strowman then says that The Undertaker & Kane are “monuments of a bygone era”, saying he will feel their bodies “crumble” in his embrace, proclaiming that he will bring the “apocalypse” for Bray Wyatt. The Wyatt Family is then interrupted by the gong of The Undertaker as the lights dim and flames erupt from the stage. The Undertaker then appears on the Tron, saying that Bray Wyatt thinks that he holds “all the cards”, but he will find out that he has is a “dead man’s hand”. The Undertaker then says that, at Survivor Series, “perilous times” will come and they will reclaim what is theirs. Kane is then shown holding a sheep mask that is lit on fire as he says “ashes to ashes, they all fall down” before The Undertaker concludes by saying that they all will “rest in peace”! Kane then ignites the ring posts in the arena as the masked druids are shown laying around the ringside area as The Wyatt Family glares at the unforgettable message sent by the Brothers of Destruction. Three nights before she defends the Divas Championship against Paige at Survivor Series, the Divas Champion was in action on SmackDown as Charlotte would go one-on-one with Brie Bella, with Alicia Fox in her corner, in a non-title match. In the end, it was Charlotte locking in the Figure-Eight, making Brie Bella tap out to pick up the win. In a backstage interview, Paige says that a “true champion” doesn’t let what someone else says get under their skin, saying that there is “no line” that she will not cross because that’s what it takes and that is what a “true champion” does. After a surprising upset over Ryback on last week’s SmackDown, Kalisto, with Sin Cara in his corner, would go one-on-one with WWE Tag Team Champion Big E, with Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods in his corner. During a chaotic match, Sin Cara would take Xavier Woods out on the outside before Kofi Kingston takes out Sin Cara, leading to Kalisto diving to the outside, taking out Kofi. A distraction from Xavier Woods would then let Big E take advantage as Big E hits a big splash, pinning Kalisto for the win. After the match, Xavier Woods & Kofi Kingston would hold the high-flyer in place as Big E delivers a second splash to Kalisto. Ryback then makes the save as “The Big Guy” takes out Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston before entering the ring, taking down Big E and hitting Big E with a big splash of his own as The New Day retreats from the ring. Ryback then helps Kalisto to his feet, standing tall with The Lucha Dragons. Then it was time for the main event as, three nights before they all head into Survivor Series to face off in the Semi-Finals of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Tournament, Roman Reigns would team with Dean Ambrose to face Intercontinental Champion Kevin Owens and United States Champion Alberto Del Rio, with Zeb Colter in his corner. During a wild match, the action would spill to the outside where Kevin Owens would attempt a Pop-Up Powerbomb to Dean Ambrose on the floor, but Roman Reigns would intervene, blasting Kevin Owens with the Superman Punch. As both teams are counted out, Alberto Del Rio sends Roman Reigns shoulder-first into the steel steps, following it up with a kick to the face of Reigns. Del Rio then rolls Ambrose back into the ring, but “The Lunatic Fringe” fights back, hitting Del Rio with Dirty Deeds. Kevin Owens then goes for the Pop-Up Powerbomb, but Ambrose avoids the powerbomb as Roman Reigns blasts Owens with the Spear! Reigns and Ambrose then stand tall in the ring before heading to the outside where both competitors admire the WWE World Heavyweight Title belt. What did you think of this week’s SmackDown?
