WWE RAW Results: November 9, 2015By Cassidy| November 10, 2015 WWE Raw Previous Page Detailed Results With Seth Rollins no longer the WWE World Heavyweight Champion due to a serious knee injury he suffered at a WWE Live Event this past Wednesday in Dublin, the WWE World Heavyweight Title belt was on display in the middle of the ring as RAW kicks off with WWE COO Triple H. Triple H says that, when he and Stephanie hand-picked Seth Rollins to be the top guy in WWE, Rollins exceeded their expectations. This leads to the crowd chanting “Thank You Rollins” before Triple H continues, saying that, on the way to becoming “one of the greatest WWE Champions of all-time”, Rollins tragically blew out his knee and, while Rollins is still “the man”, he is no longer the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. The COO then says that, a couple of weeks ago, they established a new #1 Contender for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship as Roman Reigns was originally scheduled to challenge Seth Rollins for WWE’s top prize at Survivor Series. At the request of Triple H, Roman Reigns makes his way to the ring and Triple H reveals that the tournament to crown a new WWE World Heavyweight Champion will start tonight before the COO says that it seems “unfair” that Rollins is no longer the champion. Triple H then says that it also seems “unfair” that, despite earning his spot as the #1 Contender, Roman has to start all over again and compete in a tournament to crown a new champion. The COO continues, saying that it could be a lot “easier” for Roman Reigns, putting a monumental proposal on the table for Reigns, saying that there could be a bunch of guys fighting for the right to face Roman at Survivor Series to battle for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, saying that his proposition seems more “fair”. Triple H then explains that, when he and Stephanie picked Seth Rollins as the “future of WWE” last year, they “strongly considered” Roman Reigns instead! Triple H continues, saying that Roman has everything that he could want, but the one thing that Reigns doesn’t have is the willingness to do “absolutely anything” to be the man, saying that’s why Seth Rollins has been champion while Roman has not. The COO then asks Reigns how it felt to win the Royal Rumble Match and go on to WrestleMania to face Brock Lesnar and come so close to beating Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Champion only for Seth Rollins to cash in and take Roman’s “dream” away as Triple H symbolically grabs the WWE World Heavyweight Title belt, taking out of Roman’s reach. Triple H says that he knows what it feels like before saying that Reigns will “never know” if he could have beaten Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania and he will “never know” if he would have been able to hold onto the title in the months that followed because Roman did not have what Seth Rollins had; the willingness to do whatever it took to be the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Triple H continues, saying that Roman still has all of the “positives” to be champion, but he has yet to win the title before the COO sets the title belt back in its spot. Triple H then says that Roman has been met with “wall after wall” on his way back into title contention, but he can make the “walls go away”, saying that Reigns has “earned” his spot before asking Roman if he wants to be “the man”, all Reigns has to do is be Triple H’s “man”! Roman Reigns ponders what the COO had to say before saying that Triple H is going to give him everything he has already earned and all he has to do is “sell out”. Triple H says that “sellout” is a word that people who don’t succeed created to explain how the people who did succeed got to where they are, saying that the fans chant “You Sold Out” because they never achieved what Roman could achieve. The COO continues, saying that the fans will “criticize” Roman Reigns regardless of what he does and, if Roman does not want to be criticized, then he should “do nothing, say nothing, and be nothing”, saying that, if Reigns wants the title, then he needs to see the “reality of the situation”. Triple H then says that Reigns cannot be liked by everyone before grabbing the title belt again, this time putting it on Roman’s shoulder as he says that the WWE World Heavyweight Title is what Roman has wanted ever since he was a kid and Roman has wanted everything that comes with being the champion. The COO then says that he is offering Reigns what is most important in his life and, what is most important to Reigns outside of the title, is Roman’s family, saying that he’s talking about giving Roman everything he has ever wanted out of life, taking the title belt back and setting it down. Triple H then offers his hand to Roman Reigns, saying that all Roman has to do is be his “man” as the COO holds the title belt up with the other hand. Roman then says that he has “earned” everything that he has gotten in life and he did it his way, saying that he has never taken a “handout” and no one can ever take that away from him. Roman then ponders the offer one more time before saying that Triple H can take his offer and “shove it”! Triple H then grabs the title belt to take with him, telling Roman thanks for reminding him why he didn’t pick Reigns as the “future of WWE” instead of Seth Rollins, telling Reigns to enjoy the “back of the line”. Triple H then reveals that Roman Reigns’ tournament match will start right now before it’s revealed that his opponent is “The World’s Largest Athlete” Big Show! After refusing Triple H’s offer to sell out in order to be handed the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, Roman Reigns would be one of sixteen Superstars to compete in the tournament to crown a brand new WWE World Heavyweight Champion as Roman would go one-on-one with “The World’s Largest Athlete” Big Show. In the end, it was Roman Reigns overcoming the size difference, blasting “The World’s Largest Athlete” with the Superman Punch, following it up with the Spear and pinning Big Show to advance to the Quarter-Finals of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Tournament to face either Sheamus or Cesaro! The second First Round Match in the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Tournament would then see Intercontinental Champion Kevin Owens square off with Titus O’Neil in a non-title match. In the end, it was Kevin Owens scoring with the Pop-Up Powerbomb, pinning Titus O’Neil to pick up the win and advance to the Quarter-Finals of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Tournament to face either Neville or King Barrett on SmackDown. After winning a Fatal 4-Way Match to earn a shot at Charlotte’s Divas Championship in less than two weeks at Survivor Series, the #1 Contender for the Divas Title and England’s own Paige would go one-on-one with her former teammate Becky Lynch on RAW. During the match, Paige would hit the Ram Paige on Becky Lynch, but Becky would grab the bottom rope to break up the pin before Paige would try to make Becky tap out with the PTO, but Becky would again make it to the ropes. Shortly after this, a desperate Paige would roll Becky up, grabbing the tights for the illegal advantage, but Becky would reverse the roll-up, grabbing Paige’s tights herself to secure the three-count and pick up the win. After the match, Paige would attack Becky from behind, bringing her to the outside and bouncing her face off of the announce table before Paige puts Becky on the announce table, locking her former teammate in the PTO on the table! This brings out Charlotte as the Divas Champion rushes to the aid of Becky Lynch as Paige breaks the hold and makes a quick escape as Charlotte tends to Becky. The third First Round Match in the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Tournament would see two familiar foes face off as “The Show Off” Dolph Ziggler would face The Miz. Despite The Miz working on Dolph Ziggler’s leg throughout the match and even locking in the Figure-Four Leg Lock, the resilient Ziggler would manage to catch The Miz with a super kick, pinning The Miz to advance to the Quarter-Finals to face either Dean Ambrose or Tyler Breeze. After defeating Tamina on SmackDown, Natalya’s crusade against Team B.A.D. would continue on RAW as Natalya would go one-on-one with Team B.A.D. member Naomi, with Sasha Banks & Tamina in her corner. Early on in the match, Naomi would take Natalya to the outside and, with the referee’s back turned, Sasha Banks would take the opportunity to strike, sending Natalya face-first into the steel ring post. Shortly after this, Natalya would continue to taunt Team B.A.D., echoing the sediments of the fans by yelling “We Want Sasha”. This would lead to Sasha getting knocked off of the ring apron before Natalya shoves Naomi into Tamina, rolling Naomi up and scoring the three-count to pick up the win. After the match, Sasha Banks attacks Natalya from behind and Sasha would look for the Back Stabber, but Natalya would hold onto the ropes before Natalya locks Sasha in the Sharpshooter, making Sasha tap out. Tamina then intervenes with a kick to Natalya, allowing Sasha to lock on the Bank Statement, making Natalya tap out in return, which leaves Team B.A.D. standing tall over Natalya. With tag team partner King Barrett in his corner, “Mr. Money-in-the-Bank” Sheamus would face “The Swiss Superman” Cesaro in the fourth First Round Match in the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Tournament. During the match, tensions would rise between King Barrett and Manchester United football captain Wayne Rooney, who was in the front row for RAW. Barrett would get in the face of the captain, poking Rooney in the chest before the footballer slaps Barrett across the face! The situation draws the attention of Sheamus and Cesaro takes advantage, surprising “Mr. Money-in-the-Bank” with a roll-up to score the three-count, picking up the win and advancing to the Quarter-Finals to face Roman Reigns on next week’s RAW! In what has to be the most unusual First Round match in the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Tournament, “The Lunatic Fringe” Dean Ambrose would go one-on-one with “Prince Pretty” Tyler Breeze, with Summer Rae in his corner, in Breeze’s in-ring RAW debut. During the match, Dean Ambrose would come off of the top rope with a missile dropkick to Tyler Breeze, but Ambrose would appear to injure his arm on the landing and “Prince Pretty” was quick to target the injury, repeatedly sending Ambrose shoulder-first into the steel ring post. In the end, it was Dean Ambrose surprising Tyler Breeze with a roll-up, scoring the three-count to pick up the win and advance to the Quarter-Finals to face Dolph Ziggler. Before he faces King Barrett in a First Round match in the WWE World Heavyweight Championship Tournament this Thursday on SmackDown, “The Man That Gravity Forgot” Neville would join forces with The Usos to face WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day in a 6-Man Tag match. At the end of a wild match, it was Big E shoving Neville off of the top rope, giving Xavier Woods the opportunity to pin Neville, using the ropes for the illegal advantage, picking up the win for The New Day. After claiming to absorb the souls and inherit the powers of The Undertaker & Kane on last week’s RAW, Bray Wyatt would make his way to the ring to perform a public “eulogy” for The Undertaker & Kane. After soaking in the crowd’s rendition of “She’s Got The Whole World In His Hands”, Bray Wyatt says that, tonight, they “celebrate change” and they celebrate the “spirits” of The Undertaker & Kane. Bray then says that, for over two decades, the Brothers of Destruction have been the “benchmark of power”, saying that the earth “shook at their feet”. Wyatt continues, saying that The Undertaker & Kane have reigned supreme for over twenty years before asking the fans to bow their heads and pay respect to the legends that are The Undertaker & Kane. Bray then bows his head before laughing maniacally, saying that their respect is now Bray’s respect, saying that there was no “passing of the torch”, he took the torch and used it to burn The Undertaker & Kane straight into “ashes”, saying that “everything” belongs to him now. Bray continues, saying that he “owns” the Brothers of Destruction and, now, the “demons” march to his command, saying that there is “no more time for salvation”, saying that all they can do is look at the sky and take solace in knowing that “this will all be over soon”, saying that the “apocalypse” is here. Bray then gets on his knees in the ring, but before he can utter “follow the buzzards”, a peculiar sight is shown on the Tron as the career highlights of The Undertaker & Kane warp onto the screen in a reversal of what Wyatt did last week during the display of his newfound power. The video then ends before lightning strikes the ring posts and the stage, lighting them all on fire, causing Bray to nearly jump out of his skin. The unmistakable gong of The Undertaker then rings in the arena as the lights flash and fire erupts from the stage as the Brothers of Destruction walk out onto the stage, slowly making their way to the ring as Bray Wyatt looks on in disbelief of what stands before him. The Undertaker & Kane then enter the ring, standing across the ring from Bray Wyatt, but as the Brothers of Destruction close in on Bray, the rest of The Wyatt Family appears on the ring apron, surrounding The Undertaker & Kane. Bray Wyatt tries to strike first, but is set down by the brothers before The Undertaker & Kane plant Luke Harper & Erick Rowan with chokeslams! Braun Strowman then charges at the Brothers of Destruction, taking both legends down, but The Undertaker & Kane sit up before grabbing the mastodon and forcing him over the top rope. Kane then catches Bray Wyatt with an uppercut before the brothers exit the ring to set their sights on Strowman, tossing Strowman over the announce table. Then it all came down to Bray Wyatt as The Undertaker & Kane grab Bray Wyatt, planting “The Eater of Worlds” in the center of the ring with a thunderous double chokeslam! The two legends then exit the ring, leaving Bray Wyatt laid out in the center of it, having laid waste to The Wyatt Family and proving that the Brothers of Destruction still reign supreme in WWE.
