WWE RAW Results: June 15, 2015By Cassidy| June 17, 2015 WWE Raw Rise of The Beast. One night after a grueling and unforgettable Money-in-the-Bank, the 1152nd edition of WWE Monday Night RAW came to you, live, from the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, OH. At Money-in-the-Bank, Seth Rollins proved himself to all of his detractors as, without the help of The Authority, Rollins would successfully retain the WWE World Heavyweight Championship against Dean Ambrose in one of the most barbaric Ladder Matches in recent memory. The self-proclaimed “future of WWE” would ruthlessly use every weapon in his arsenal to not only defeat “The Lunatic Fringe”, but destroy him in the process and, while Dean Ambrose would show a superhuman resiliency, the hotly contested Ladder Match ultimately came down to chance as, with both Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose holding onto the WWE World Heavyweight Title belt, both men would fall to the mat and, while Rollins kept his grip on the title belt, Ambrose was not able to and, as a result, Rollins was declared the winner and still WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Now that Seth Rollins has survived a grueling Ladder Match against Dean Ambrose, what’s next for the WWE World Heavyweight Champion? Seth Rollins will certainly have threats coming from multiple directions, most notably from the new “Mr. Money-in-the-Bank” Sheamus, who defeated six other Superstars in the Money-in-the-Bank Ladder Match to earn himself a future shot at the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Will Sheamus be looking to cash in on RAW? Also at Money-in-the-Bank, John Cena was able to avenge his loss to NXT Champion Kevin Owens at WWE Elimination Chamber as the United States Champion would pull out all the stops to defeat Kevin Owens in what was a classic rematch between the two champions. After the match, John Cena would extend his hand to Kevin Owens in a sign of respect only to get kicked in the gut and powerbombed on the ring apron for his trouble. After the heinous attack, Cena had to be helped to the back by referees and WWE doctors. With Cena’s condition in question, will the United States Champion be on RAW and will he be able to continue his U.S. Open Challenge? What will Cena have to say about Kevin Owens’ actions at Money-in-the-Bank? Match Results Dean Ambrose (with Randy Orton) def. Sheamus by roll-up. R-Truth def. King Barrett by roll-up.
