WWE SmackDown Results: March 26, 2015By Cassidy| March 28, 2015 WWE SmackDown Previous Page Detailed Results Before Cesaro & Tyson Kidd defend the WWE Tag Team Titles against The Usos, The New Day, & Los Matadores in a Fatal 4-Way Tag Match on the WrestleMania Kickoff Show, SmackDown would offer a bit of a preview for the title match as Jimmy Uso, with Jey Uso & Naomi in his corner, would face Fernando, with Diego & El Torito in his corner, Big E, with Xavier Woods in his corner, and one-half of the WWE Tag Team Champions Cesaro, with Tyson Kidd & Natalya in his corner, in a Fatal 4-Way Match where the first man to score a pinfall or submission would emerge victorious. At the end of a wild match, it was Jimmy Uso hitting the Superfly Splash on Cesaro, pinning one-half of the WWE Tag Team Champions to pick up the win and gain momentum for this Sunday’s championship match. After showing some live footage from WrestleMania Axxess in Santa Clara, CA and hyping up some of the most anticipated matches for this Sunday’s WrestleMania extravaganza, SmackDown would feature an appearance by AJ Lee. Before she teams with Paige to face The Bella Twins at WrestleMania, AJ Lee says that she “loves” the Divas Title and so does Paige, saying that The Bella Twins used that to drive a wedge between her and Paige on RAW. AJ then says that she is going to step up to those “plastic mannequins” and she is going to beat them at WrestleMania before opening the door for Paige to come out there and reveal whether or not she will be by AJ’s side this Sunday. Paige comes out, making her way to the ring, telling AJ Lee that it’s obvious that AJ does not want her to have the Divas Title back. AJ argues that it’s not about the Divas Title, it’s about WrestleMania, but Paige asks how she knows that AJ is not going to screw her over. AJ says that she hates losing and she knows that Paige is just like her, saying that they cannot let “The Kardashians” win at WrestleMania. Paige then proposes that they ditch the whole “frenemies” thing and become “tag team partners”. Before they can seal the deal with a handshake, The Bella Twins come out to the stage as Brie Bella says that she will always “forgive” Nikki because they are sisters. Nikki Bella then says that she has been “running” the Divas division while AJ Lee was on “vacation”. Brie then adds that “everyone wants to be a Bella” before AJ Lee fires back, saying that they don’t want to be “failed actresses” with Paige saying that they are the ones who are not afraid to be “themselves”. AJ then says that they are what “real women” look like and, this Sunday, they are going to kick their asses! The Bella Twins then act like they are going to head to the ring before walking up the ramp and telling Paige & AJ Lee that they will see them at WrestleMania. Following some more live footage from WrestleMania Axxess and taking a special look at some of this Sunday’s biggest matches, it was time for the huge main event as, three nights before he challenges the undefeated Rusev for the United States Championship at WrestleMania, John Cena would join forces with the #1 Contender for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania, Roman Reigns, one of the competitors in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal, “The World’s Strongest Man” Mark Henry, and one of the seven men competing in the Intercontinental Championship Ladder Match this Sunday, Daniel Bryan. Together, these four men would collide with “Mr. Money-in-the-Bank” Seth Rollins, who will face Randy Orton at WrestleMania, The Authority’s Director of Operations Kane, “The World’s Largest Athlete” Big Show, both of whom will be in the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal, and the man who will face the legendary Undertaker at WrestleMania, the self-proclaimed “New Face of Fear” Bray Wyatt as these two teams would collide in an 8-Man Tag Match! At the end of a hard-fought match, things would break down between the two teams as, after Big Show knocks Roman Reigns off of the ring apron, Roman would enter the ring with a Superman Punch for Big Show. Roman this follows this up with a Spear to Bray Wyatt, as well as one to Kane! Mark Henry then charges at Big Show in the corner, squashing the giant with a big splash following by John Cena hitting the Attitude Adjustment on Big Show. Daniel Bryan would then put the finishing touches on “The World’s Largest Athlete”, scoring with the running knee and pinning Big Show to pick up the win for his star-studded team.
