TNA Impact rating is in from October 1st (contains spoilers)By Andrew Ravens| October 3, 2014 Wrestling News Wednesday’s edition of TNA Impact drew a 0.875 rating. This show averaged 1.097 million viewers for Spike TV, which is up from the 969,000 viewers who tuned in last week. The show peaked with a 1.03 rating for the first quarter-hour, then dropped to a show low of 0.79 and a 0.75 for the last two quarter-hours of the night. The show kicked off with Austin Aries vs. Samoa Joe for the X-division title and the main event saw Havok defeat Gail Kim to win the Knockouts title. TNA drew a 0.95 rating with 1.126 million viewers for the October 3, 2013 edition. Here are the quarter ratings from this show. Q1- Austin Aries vs. Samoa Joe for the X-division title opened the show with a 1.03 rating. Q2- The second-half of the title match and one-and-a-half commercials drew 0.91 rating. Q3- There was another commercial then the Ethan Carter III and Rockstar Spud segment aired, as well as the EC3 vs. Eric Young match drew a 0.94 rating. Q4- Gail Kim vs. Havok Knockouts Title match drew a 0.83rating. Q5- The show bounced back when the Tag Title Series setting up next week’s finale aired as well as a commercial break drew a 0.92 rating. Q6- The show once again fell when the Manik vs. Shark Boy match aired and a backstage segment with MVP and Mr. Anderson was shown. This drew a 0.83 rating. Q7- Mr. Anderson vs. MVP and the first part of Bobby Roode calling out Bobby Lashley drew a 0.79 rating. Q8- The final quarter aired with the second-half of the Roode-Lashley discussion and the Gail Kim vs. Havok title match drew a 0.75 rating.
