Latest update on the condition of Jake “The Snake” RobertsBy Cassidy| September 2, 2014 Wrestling News In a Facebook post made by independent wrestler and friend of Jake Roberts, Sinn Bodhi, the former WWE star reports that WWE Hall of Famer Jake “The Snake” Roberts is showing signs of improvement after he was hospitalized last week with double pneumonia. After spending much of last week in the ICU at a local Las Vegas hospital, Roberts is now off of the ventilator and is doing regular breathing tests to try and prevent the re-occurrence of pneumonia and the legend will remain off of the ventilator for the next 24-48 hours to see how Roberts’ body reacts and whether or not he needs to be put back on the ventilator. The hospital is giving Roberts nutrients intravenously, but he is alert and is able to write things down and Sinn Bodhi also added that Roberts is able to talk for the first time since his hospitalization last Wednesday.
