Celebrity Inductee into the 2014 WWE Hall of Fame RevealedBy Cassidy| March 19, 2014 Wrestling News As originally announced on TMZ.com (and later confirmed on RAW), this year’s celebrity inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame will be the legendary actor who starred in the 80’s hit TV show, The A-Team, as well as competed at the first two WrestleMania events as Mr. T will join The Ultimate Warrior, Jake “The Snake” Roberts, Lita, Paul Bearer, & Carlos Colon in the Class of 2014 WWE Hall of Fame. The Chicago-born actor made his professional wrestling debut in 1985 at the inaugural WrestleMania where he teamed with Hulk Hogan to face “Rowdy” Roddy Piper & Paul Orndorff in a tag team match. Mr. T returned to the WWF a year later, continuing his feud with Roddy Piper, which culminated in a Boxing Match between Mr. T and Piper at WrestleMania 2 (which Mr. T won by disqualification after Piper used a suplex). Mr. T would make sporadic appearances for the WWF over the next couple of years and even appeared in WCW throughout the latter part of 1994, refereeing a match between Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan and wrestling a match of his own against Kevin Sullivan at that year’s Starrcade. It is a safe assumption that Hulk Hogan will be inducting Mr. T into the Hall of Fame. The WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will air, live, exclusively on the WWE Network on April 5 from the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, LA. What do you think of Mr. T’s induction?
