Unusual Induction Rumored for 2014 WWE Hall of FameBy Cassidy| January 22, 2014 Wrestling News After The Ultimate Warrior’s upcoming induction into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2014 was announced last week, WrestlingInc.com is reporting that there is internal discussion within the WWE of doing something for this year’s Hall of Fame that has never been done before. The proposed idea is actually inducting the entire main event of the very first WrestleMania into the Hall of Fame as Hulk Hogan, Roddy Piper, Mr. T, & Paul Orndorff would all be inducted (or “re-inducted”, in the case of Hogan & Piper) and possibly even the corner men, Jimmy Snuka & Bob Orton, Jr., would all be inducted as a result. With this year marking the thirtieth anniversary of WrestleMania, it would be fitting for the very first WrestleMania main event to be inducted into the Hall. If this were to happen, Hogan, Piper, Snuka, & Orton would join Ric Flair as two-time Hall of Famers and this unusual induction would open the door for more WrestleMania main events to be inducted in the future.
