Ultimate Warrior to be Inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame!By Cassidy| January 15, 2014 Wrestling News The announcement was made during Monday’s RAW that the outspoken and controversial Ultimate Warrior will be the star inductee into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2014. For years, The Ultimate Warrior has been critical of the WWE and the WWE has fired right back, even releasing a DVD several years ago that completely buried and mocked the former main eventer. However, cooler heads have since prevailed and the WWE and The Ultimate Warrior have begun a working relationship once again, as evidenced by WWE putting The Ultimate Warrior in the WWE 2K14 video game. The company also plans to release a DVD set highlighting the career of the face-painted powerhouse later this year. During his time in the WWE, Ultimate Warrior has one reign as the WWE Champion and two reigns as the Intercontinental Champion and has also main evented many WrestleMania events against the likes of Hulk Hogan, Rick Rude, and “Macho Man” Randy Savage. The 2014 WWE Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will take place the night before WrestleMania XXX on Saturday, April 5 from the New Orleans Arena in New Orleans, LA and will air as a one-hour special on the USA Network on Tuesday, April 8 at 10/9c.
