Before Alberto Del Rio defends the World Heavyweight Title against Christian at SummerSlam and before Cody Rhodes faces Damien Sandow at SummerSlam, Main Event would feature World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio going one-on-one with Cody Rhodes in a non-title match. Match Results Non-Title: Alberto Del Rio def. Cody Rhodes by submission to the cross armbreaker. Jimmy & Jey Uso def. Heath Slater & Drew McIntyre (with Jinder Mahal) by Jimmy Uso pinning Heath Slater following the Superfly Splash. Big E. Langston def. Justin Gabriel by pin following the Big Ending. Detailed Results The show kicks off with the featured attraction of the night as, before he defends the World Heavyweight Title against Christian this Sunday at SummerSlam, World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio would go one-on-one with Cody Rhodes, who faces Damien Sandow at SummerSlam, in a non-title match. Throughout the match, Cody Rhodes would throw everything he had at Alberto Del Rio, but the World Heavyweight Champion would manage to persevere, locking in the cross armbreaker on Rhodes en route to picking up the win. Main Event would feature tag team action, as well, as Jimmy & Jey Uso would face two-thirds of 3MB, Heath Slater & Drew McIntyre, with Jinder Mahal in their corner. In the end, it was Jimmy Uso hitting the Superfly Splash on Heath Slater en route to picking up the win for himself and his twin brother. The main event of the show would see Big E. Langston, with Divas Champion AJ Lee in his corner, squaring off with Justin Gabriel. Justin Gabriel would use his best high-flying tactics to take it to Big E.
