WWE Spoilers: World Heavyweight Champion Injured on RAW

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that, during his match with Sheamus on Monday’s RAW, World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio suffered a broken rib. However, the same report also reveals that Del Rio fully intends to work his way through the injury and is not expected to take any time off for it. With WWE embarking on a tour of Australia this week, it will be interesting to note if the World Heavyweight Champion will be a part of the tour and what Del Rio’s role will be with SummerSlam just a few weeks away.
