Following a victory over Cody Rhodes on RAW, the featured attraction would see “The Celtic Warrior” Sheamus squaring off with a former United States Champion in “The Swiss Superman” Antonio Cesaro. Match Results Sheamus def. Antonio Cesaro by pin following the Brogue Kick. Jimmy & Jey Uso def. Team Rhodes Scholars by Jey Uso pinning Cody Rhodes following the Superfly Splash. Justin Gabriel def. Curt Hawkins by pin following the 450 Splash. Detailed Results The opening match of the night was the featured attraction of Main Event as “The Celtic Warrior” Sheamus went one-on-one with Antonio Cesaro. At the end of a grueling, intensely-fought matchup, it was Ireland ruling over Switzerland as Sheamus came out of nowhere with the Brogue Kick on Antonio Cesaro en route to picking up the win. Main Event would also feature tag team action as Team Rhodes Scholars, Cody Rhodes & Damien Sandow, would take on Jimmy & Jey Uso. In the end, it was the twin brothers picking up their second big win of the week as Jey Uso hits the Superfly Splash on Cody Rhodes en route to picking up the win for himself and Jimmy Uso! Then it was time for the main event of WWE Main Event as two former tag team champions would square off as Long Island’s own Curt Hawkins would go one-on-one with “The Capetown Werewolf” Justin Gabriel.
