WWE Spoilers: CM Punk Working Limited ScheduleBy Cassidy| April 16, 2013 Wrestling News PWInsider.com is reporting that, due to several nagging injuries and just plain “burn-out” status, former WWE Champion CM Punk will be working a very limited schedule for the next few months as “The Best in the World” will only be wrestling one show a week with that show being RAW. Punk has been pulled from all non-televised live events until July and will not be a part of WWE’s upcoming tour of the UK, including the RAW and SmackDown tapings next week. It’s also unlikely that Punk will be working a match at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view, though a non-wrestling appearance is not out of the question. Punk will still be making his scheduled promotional appearances (autograph signings, fundraisers, charity events, etc.). The on-air explanation for Punk’s injuries are that he suffered some injuries during his match with The Undertaker at WrestleMania, but the reality of the situation is that Punk has been working hurt for a few months now and WWE management has taken notice of Punk’s mounting injuries, as well as Punk’s very tired appearance as of late. Punk is scheduled to be back on the road full-time in early July and is slated for a big angle heading into SummerSlam. What do you think of CM Punk’s working a lighter schedule?
