WWE: WrestleMania 30 Announcement Coming This Month?By Cassidy| February 9, 2013 Wrestling News The Wrestling-Online Newsletter is reporting that there is a very good chance that the WWE will be making the major announcement sometime this month that will reveal the location of WrestleMania 30 next year. All signs are pointing towards the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, LA (the site of this past Sunday’s Super Bowl), which would break WWE’s tradition of returning to Madison Square Garden every ten years for WrestleMania as WrestleMania I, X, and XX all took place at “The World’s Most Famous Arena”. With the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view taking place in New Orleans a week from Sunday, all the pieces seem to be coming together for the big announcement to be made with the WWE already town. If WrestleMania 30 does take place in New Orleans next year, it will be the first time in history that the city has hosted a WrestleMania. An interesting, as well as humorous, side note is that, if the WWE continues to use Roman numerals for WrestleMania, then that would make next year’s event WrestleMania XXX and, of course, “XXX” is the universal sign for adult-oriented material. Which city do you think WWE should choose to host WrestleMania 30? Post your comments in the box below.
