WWE: Jerry Lawler Going Home This WeekBy Cassidy| September 17, 2012 Wrestling News As originally revealed by Michael Cole at the start of last night’s Night of Champions pay-per-view, Jerry “The King” Lawler has been released from the Montreal medical facility he has been recovering in following his heart attack during last week’s RAW. The Hall of Famer will now be heading to his home in Memphis to continue the recovery process. There is currently no timetable for Lawler’s return to his announcing duties, but WWE’s Mobile Alerts service has revealed that Lawler’s fellow Hall of Fame announcer Jim Ross will be filling in for “The King” on RAW until Lawler is ready to come back.
