WWE: The Latest on Matt Morgan’s Possible Return

F4WOnline.com is reporting that, while the WWE has a lot of interest in bringing ex-TNA star Matt Morgan back into the company, the WWE has decided to wait until they settle the lawsuit put on them by TNA. TNA filed the lawsuit against the WWE, claiming that the WWE used the details of TNA’s contracts to steal Ric Flair from them (it’s worth noting that Flair is still not under WWE contract due to the lawsuit, as well as a no-compete clause per his release from TNA) and WWE believes that, if they were to sign Matt Morgan with the lawsuit still pending, then that would add to TNA’s case as they would claim that the WWE used contract details to get Morgan to sign with them.
