WWE: Evan Bourne Injury UpdateBy Cassidy| July 18, 2012 Wrestling News WrestleScoop.com is reporting that injured RAW Superstar Evan Bourne should be returning earlier than expected. Bourne revealed via Twitter, “Another follow up [appointment] with my surgeon today. The foot is healing properly and I’m scheduled for another month of [physical therapy] at 3 sessions a week. With that good news in mind, I’m still very disappointed I can’t be in St. Louis for #RAW1000 but I’ll keep working until I’m back on RAW!” With this news, it seems likely that Bourne may be back in time for SummerSlam on August 19. Evan Bourne has not been seen in the WWE since January as Bourne was suspended for 60 days for his second WWE Wellness Policy violation, but just when Bourne was almost finished with his suspension, he was involved in a car accident that broke his foot in four places and dislocated it in five. There were rumors going around back in March that the foot injury would mean Bourne’s forced retirement from wrestling. Thankfully for Bourne and his fans, that is not the case.
