WWE: Company Cracks Down on Twitter AccountsBy Cassidy| June 20, 2012 Wrestling News WrestleScoop.com is reporting that the WWE has recently been cracking down on Twitter accounts that have been posting inflammatory remarks about the WWE and, most notably, Vince McMahon. While the Twitter account, @WWE_Creative, has been allowed to relaunch as @WWECreative_ish, the account @CrankyVince remains closed down. The @CrankyVince account not only posted inflammatory remarks, but posted about the goings on within the company, most notably Alberto Del Rio’s threatening to quit this past week. The company reportedly contacted Twitter to have the accounts shut down as they violated Twitter’s Terms of Use. It is believed that the @CrankyVince account was being ran by a group of current WWE employees, but the now closed account would not reveal any names. Should WWE be “censoring” Twitter?
