WWE: The Latest on Randy Orton’s SuspensionBy Cassidy| June 7, 2012 Wrestling News The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that the 60-day suspension handed to Randy Orton last week for his second Wellness Policy violation is going to cost the nine-time World Champion around $200,000. However, things may get worse for Orton as the WWE is currently discussing keeping Orton off of television past SummerSlam on August 19 as a way of teaching him a lesson, a lesson that will cost “The Viper” around $275,000 total. Orton noted on Twitter that his suspension has 50 days left, which would mean that his suspension actually started on May 25, the date of his last WWE appearance on RAW (WWE.com revealed his suspension on May 30). This means that Orton will be allowed to return after July 27. Regardless, Orton’s suspension will guarantee that “The Viper” will miss out on No Way Out, Money-in-the-Bank, and the 1,000th episode of RAW in his hometown of St. Louis.
