WWE: Internal Details on Brian Wittenstein

PWInsider.com is reporting that the internal feeling about former TNA and WWE employee Brian Wittenstein was that he had a “big mouth”, talked too much, and did not know his place. After realizing that Wittenstein could actually be hurting them by freely offering information about TNA contracts to WWE officials, so they fired him before his probationary period of 90 days was even up.

After the WWE fired Wittenstein, they wanted to protect themselves from a lawsuit by contacting TNA and letting them know what Wittenstein had told them. When TNA learned that Ric Flair wanted out of his TNA contract to return to the WWE, TNA put things together and felt that they were in a position to file a lawsuit against both the WWE and Brian Wittenstein.
