WWE Spoilers: Details on the Plan for Brock LesnarBy Cassidy| May 3, 2012 Wrestling News The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Brock Lesnar was informed several weeks ago that he would be losing to John Cena at Extreme Rules and Brock reportedly had no problem with it, commenting that he is about the money, not his ego and if they need him to lose, then he will do it as long as they play fair with him. Given the fact that, per Brock Lesnar’s contract, the WWE only has Brock for a certain amount of appearances, they wanted to make it clear to both Lesnar and Cena that their feud would culminate in just the one match. With the belief that Lesnar could just up and leave at any time, the WWE thought it was important to have Cena go over Brock as quickly as possible to make sure that the match happened. While we do not know the exact number of dates that the WWE has Brock for, but we do know that five of the appearances have already been used, so don’t expect to see a whole lot of live Lesnar appearances over the next few months. With the WWE planning Brock Lesnar vs. Triple H for SummerSlam, it is highly likely that we will not see Lesnar on television until late July or early August (SummerSlam is scheduled for August 19).
