WWE Spoilers: Update on WrestleMania 29 Main Event PlansBy Cassidy| April 19, 2012 Wrestling News The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting (via The Bleacher Report and WrestlingInc.com) that, after the success of the WrestleMania 28 main event of The Rock vs. John Cena, there is now talk within the WWE that next year’s WrestleMania may feature a rematch between Rock and Cena. This is not set in stone, but WWE is planning to have The Rock face either Cena or Brock Lesnar on April 7 in New Jersey. While the WWE originally planned to announce next year’s WrestleMania main event a year a head of time like they did last year, it now looks like they will be making that particular announcement sometime in November. Another factor that may lead to Rock vs. Cena II is the status of Brock Lesnar come WrestleMania time. While Lesnar is under contract with the WWE until next year, there is concern of how hot of a commodity Lesnar will be in the months leading up to WrestleMania 29. What do you think should be the main event of WrestleMania 29? Post your comments in the box below.
