WWE Spoilers: Plans for the Divas Title and The Bella Twins

WrestleScoop.com is reporting that the plan to take the Divas Title off of Beth Phoenix and put it on Nikki Bella has been the plan for a few weeks as WWE plans to have Kharma return to television and defeat Nikki Bella for the title in the near future. The Divas Title match that took place on last night’s RAW was originally slated to take place at this Sunday’s Extreme Rules pay-per-view, but was moved up for unknown reasons. WWE wanted to avoid having Kharma take the Divas Title off of Beth Phoenix so a feud can be set up later between the two (it looks like the feud may be postponed, given Phoenix’s injury during last night’s title match). Kharma has not been on television since the Royal Rumble in January when she took part in the 30-Man Royal Rumble Match.

The speculation is that, with The Bella Twins’ (Brie Bella & Nikki Bella) WWE contracts expiring on April 30 (next Monday; the night after Extreme Rules), they may book an impromptu match at Extreme Rules between new champion Nikki Bella and the returning Kharma that will get the title on Kharma and allow for a title rematch on RAW the following night before Brie & Nikki leave the WWE. As it stands, there has been no word of The Bella Twins signing a new contract or signing any sort of contract extension.
