Kharma (Kia Stevens) says that she told friends that she gave birth to a boy because she was “incredibly emotional and was afraid to tell the public the truth after announcing her pregnancy on live TV”. Stevens also says that she plans to start a foundation to support women who have gone through similar situations. After being the third woman in history to enter the Royal Rumble Match in January, Kharma has been on a leave of absence from the WWE with no timetable for her return.
