WWE: SmackDown Superstar Injured at Tuesday’s TapingsBy Cassidy| March 8, 2012 Wrestling News WWE.com is reporting that, at the SmackDown tapings this past Tuesday night, SmackDown Superstar Ted DiBiase suffered an ankle injury in his match against Jinder Mahal on WWE Superstars that will keep the third-generation star out of action for several weeks. WWE physician, Dr. Michael Sampson informed WWE.com that DiBiase “sustained a Grade 2 tear (on a 3-tier scale) to his deltoid ligament, and he also sustained a calcaneal fracture, or a heel bone fracture.” While a return date has not been reported, it seems highly unlikely that DiBiase will be a part of WrestleMania, which is just a few weeks away. In an update Ted DiBiase sent via Twitter, DiBiase commented, “Might be a little worse than just a break. About to go in for MRI. Matthew 6:34”. What do you think of Ted DiBiase’s injury?
