WWE: Alberto Del Rio Returning on RAW?By Cassidy| February 9, 2012 Wrestling News Alberto Del Rio may be returning as early as this coming Monday’s RAW, reports PWTorch.com, as the former WWE Champion, along with his personal ring announcer Ricardo Rodriguez, is being advertised for SmackDown live events this weekend. While WWE is not promoting a RAW return for Del Rio, Ricardo Rodriguez commented on Twitter, “Thinking of going to California this weekend…Hmm.” This Monday night’s RAW will emanate from the Valley View Casino Center in San Diego, CA. Alberto Del Rio has been out of action since suffering a severe groin injury during a match on the December 19 edition of RAW. Del Rio appeared the following week in a wheelchair to announce his injury to the world. After the injury, it was reported that Del Rio would be out of action for 4-6 weeks, which would have put Del Rio in a position to return in late January. WWE teased a Del Rio return during the Royal Rumble Match as they played Del Rio’s music, only to have Ricardo Rodriguez enter the match dressed like Del Rio.
