WWE: More Pay-Per-View Changes in 2012By Cassidy| January 14, 2012 Wrestling News In addition to WWE only having one pay-per-view in October (as they are dropping the Vengeance event), it has been revealed that WWE will be moving the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view from October 7 to October 28 (the date that Vengeance was originally supposed to air). Also, WWE is nixing the Capitol Punishment event, instead bringing back the Bragging Rights pay-per-view to fill the June 17 slot.
