WWE: Ring Announcer Parts Ways with the WWE

After requesting her release three weeks ago, WWE has granted the release of Superstars (and occasionally, SmackDown) ring announcer Eden Stiles. In tweeting about her departure, Eden suggested that a relationship with reigning Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes contributed to her decision, saying “And…now that I no longer work here, I’m glad to finally not ‘hint’ and say that I am 100% Cody’s girl.” Eden added that, “I left WWE because – as the most important person in my life put it – ‘the world is my oyster’….Most people in relationships prefer not to work together. There’s work and then your personal life. Healthy balance.” Eden Stiles last appearance with the company was at last night’s SmackDown tapings.
