Detailed Results SmackDown kicks off in a big way as, after their one-on-one match at Vengeance, “The Viper” Randy Orton went one-on-one with Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes in a Street Fight, where there will be no disqualifications and no count-outs. During the match, Cody Rhodes tried to protect himself from the onslaught of Randy Orton by throwing his baggers in front of Orton, but Orton would take one bagger down on the outside of the ring before planting the other one with the RKO in the middle of the ring. At the end of an absolute war that went throughout the arena with both Rhodes and Orton using Rhodes’ protective mask, it was Orton planting Rhodes with the suspended DDT on the outside of the ring, allowing Orton to finish it up with the RKO in the middle of the ring en route to picking up the win. After the match, Orton got a measure of payback by putting a paper bag over the head of Cody Rhodes. “The Fortunate Son” was in action on SmackDown as Ted DiBiase went one-on-one with Tyson Kidd. In the end, it was Ted DiBiase hitting Dream Street on Tyson Kidd en route to picking up the win. Backstage, World Heavyweight Champion Mark Henry walks away from an interview to confront “Mr. Money-in-the-Bank” Daniel Bryan, accusing Bryan of “eyeballing” him. “The World’s Strongest Champion” then tells Bryan that he does not care when Bryan cashes in Money-in-the-Bank because Bryan cannot beat him. Henry then states that he is going to get a match made between them. The Divas were in action on SmackDown as Natalya went one-on-one with Alicia Fox. In the end, it was Alicia Fox hitting a somersault leg drop on Natalya en route to picking up a big win. After being denied a rematch for the World Heavyweight Title by Mark Henry, “The World’s Largest Athlete” Big Show appears on SmackDown and states that he has “unfinished business” with Mark Henry. Show continues that, if Henry does not grant him a rematch, then he will knock Henry out each and every week until he gets one. Big Show is then interrupted by Christian, who asks Big Show what makes Show think he deserves one more match after not winning the title at Vengeance. Christian continues that he asks for one more match because he deserves, adding that he could knock people out if he wanted to. When Show raises his hand to scratch his chin, Christian gets anxious, thinking Big Show was going to knock him out. Big Show assures Christian that he is not going to knock him out before Show chokeslams Christian instead! After being chokeslammed by Big Show, “Mr. One More Match” was in action on SmackDown as Christian went one-on-one with “The Great White” Sheamus in a rematch from Vengeance. However, Christian tells the referee on the outside that he is unable to compete, but this brings out Wade Barrett, who takes Christian’s spot in the match against Sheamus! In the end, it was Christian getting on the ring apron, distracting Sheamus long enough for Wade Barrett to roll Sheamus up for the win. After the match, Sheamus tried to get his hands on Barrett, but Christian would take advantage, hitting Sheamus with the Spear. Moments after Christian cost him a match against Wade Barrett and caught him with the Spear after the match, Sheamus is backstage, pummeling Christian on the concrete floor. However, Wade Barrett enters the fray, attacking Sheamus, but Sheamus fights back as the two big men brawl before security, referees, and Superstars pull Sheamus and Barrett apart. “The International Sensation” was in action on SmackDown as Sin Cara went one-on-one with SmackDown’s newest Superstar, Epico. During the match, the man formerly known as Sin Cara Negro, Hunico, hits the ring as Epico & Hunico assault and lay out Sin Cara! What is the relationship between Epico and Hunico and why has Epico aligned himself with Hunico? Then it was time for the main event as “Mr. Money-in-the-Bank” Daniel Bryan, with “The World’s Largest Athlete” Big Show in his corner, went one-on-one with World Heavyweight Champion Mark Henry in a non-title match. After doing his best to fight Mark Henry, even managing to take the champion off of his feet, Daniel Bryan felt the wrath of an angry Mark Henry as “The World’s Strongest Champion” repeatedly squashed Bryan in the corner. After the third splash in the corner, Big Show had seen enough as Show entered the ring, blasting Henry with the W.M.D., knocking the World Heavyweight Champion out! With Mark Henry slowly coming to in the ring, Big Show heads to the outside, where he splashes water on the face of Daniel Bryan, trying to make Bryan aware. Show then goes and grabs the Money-in-the-Bank briefcase, trying to tell Bryan that he needs to cash in on Mark Henry right now. Bryan then slowly realized this and re-entered the ring, ready to use the briefcase to strike the final blow to Mark Henry. However, Henry catches Bryan and plants him with the World’s Strongest Slam. Big Show then charges the World Heavyweight Champion, but Henry uses the briefcase to deliver a shot to the head of Big Show before hitting the World’s Strongest Slam on Big Show! As both men get to their feet, SmackDown General Manager Theodore Long came out and announced that, at Survivor Series, Mark Henry will defend the World Heavyweight Title against Big Show. When these two giants go to war at Survivor Series, will the ring survive the collision? Who will walk out of Madison Square Garden as the World Heavyweight Champion?
