WWE: Gail Kim Says She Will “Never” Go Back to WWEBy Cassidy| November 11, 2011 Wrestling News Recently released WWE Diva and current TNA Knockout Gail Kim stated in a recent interview that her time in the WWE after leaving TNA in 2008 was like a “long vacation”. The former WWE Women’s Champion continued that leaving TNA for the WWE was a “business decision” as she would make more money in the WWE than in TNA. While it was an emotional goodbye from TNA, Gail says that the management in TNA understood her decision. When asked about a possible return to the WWE in the future, Gail said, “All I can say is that expression, ‘fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me’ was pretty much the result. I know that I’ll never go back there.” In August, Gail Kim requested her release from the WWE, but the company forced her to stay for the remainder of her contract, which expired on September 30, allowing Gail to rejoin TNA a short time later.
