Big WWE News: WWE Tag Team Champion Suspended!By Cassidy| November 1, 2011 Wrestling News WWE.com has revealed that reigning WWE Tag Team Champion Evan Bourne (Matthew Korklan) has been suspended for 30 days for his first violation of the WWE Wellness Policy. WWE.com makes the note that Bourne’s suspension is “effective immediately”, which puts the WWE Tag Team Championship in a state of uncertainty. It is currently unknown if Evan Bourne will be stripped of his half of the WWE Tag Team Titles or if the other half of the tag champions, Kofi Kingston, will represent the team until Bourne can return. With SmackDown taping tonight, a last minute decision regarding the WWE Tag Team Championship is likely to be made. Bourne will be allowed to return to the WWE any time after December 1, meaning he will not be able to compete at Survivor Series. Word going around is that Evan Bourne, as well as the recently suspended Heath Slater and Darren Young, all failed their drug tests due to a synthetic substitute for marijuana. Evan Bourne posted an update via his Twitter (@findevan), stating “Love you guys! I’ll be back in a flash. AirBoom will not be derailed!” What do you think of Evan Bourne’s suspension and the state of the WWE Tag Team Titles? Post your comments in the box below.
