WWE Spoilers: Second Inductee Into The 2011 Hall of Fame Revealed!By Cassidy| February 22, 2011 Wrestling News It was announced on RAW that the second inductee into the 2011 WWE Hall of Fame will be the first Royal Rumble Match winner in history, “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan. During his run in WCW, Duggan also won the WCW United States Title and was the final WCW World Television Champion in history. Duggan will be inducted by “The Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase. Duggan is the second inductee after Shawn Michaels was announced as the first last month. The 2011 Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will take place on April 2 (the night before WrestleMania) in Atlanta, GA.
