WWE Monday Night RAW February 14, 2011 Results

Six nights before WWE Elimination Chamber, the 925th edition of WWE Monday Night RAW came to you, live on Valentine’s Day, from the Honda Center in Anaheim, CA. One week after WWE Chairman Mr. McMahon made his return to RAW to make the major announcement that, for the first time in WWE history, there will be a Guest Host present for the biggest show of the year, WrestleMania, RAW would see the big reveal as to who the individual will be to be the Host of WrestleMania! Plus, after losing the Divas Championship in a controversial Fatal 4-Way Match at the Royal Rumble, Natalya would be looking to regain the gold as she challenges Eve Torres for the Divas Title!

Detailed Results

Before going one-on-one with the leader of The New Nexus, CM Punk, in a big time opening match, the show kicks off with the 2010 Superstar of the Year John Cena, who proclaims that it is a big night because they are going to find out who the Guest Host of WrestleMania will be! Cena then runs through some names that could possibly be the Guest Host, naming people like Lady Gaga, Sammy from Jersey Shore, or even RAW commentator Michael Cole! Cena cites that Mr. McMahon stated last week that the Guest Host of WrestleMania would be someone who has had a “special moment” before, saying that Michael Cole has a “special moment” whenever he gets a “sensual, late night email” from the anonymous General Manager of RAW! Cena continues by saying that Cole has a “special attraction” to both WWE Champion The Miz and Alex Riley, which is a “love triangle” and states that Cole is “all over” something that has “never been seen before” because they have never seen “any absolute proof” that Cole is actually a “man” because Cole looks like a “Ken doll”! Cena then turns his attention to WWE Elimination Chamber as Cena states that, after the 2010 he had as a “slave” for the original Nexus and being fired and ultimately rehired, he deserves a WrestleMania moment! Cena then states that the “great thing” about the Elimination Chamber Match this Sunday is that New Nexus leader CM Punk is the “only one” who can enter the Elimination Chamber! Cena is then interrupted by the arrival of the leader of The New Nexus himself, CM Punk, who states that he does not “need” The New Nexus to win inside the Elimination Chamber and he does not “need” The New Nexus to beat John Cena! Punk then calls Michael Cole a “good Samaritan” and states that he does not need the fans because he is a “good person” and says that “good things happen to good people”!

After their war of words, the opening match of the night would see two of the participants in this Sunday’s RAW Elimination Chamber Match face off as the 2010 Superstar of the Year John Cena would go one-on-one with the leader of The New Nexus, CM Punk, in a match where the anonymous RAW General Manager made the ruling that “there must be a winner” as the rest of The New Nexus is banned from ringside, as well as the other Elimination Chamber Match participants for, if they interfere, they will be taken out of the Elimination Chamber Match this Sunday and, if members of The New Nexus interfere, then CM Punk will be taken out of the Elimination Chamber Match! During the match, CM Punk would grab the top rope to avoid being hit with the Attitude Adjustment and, after being knocked to the outside by John Cena, a New Nexus armband-wearing arm would appear from under the ring as a member of The New Nexus would give a steel chair to Punk, who would slide the chair in the ring to distract the referee while The New Nexus member would slide a steel wrench to Punk, as Punk would blast Cena with the wrench before re-entering the ring and delivering the GTS to Cena en route to picking up the win! How will John Cena respond to losing in this manner? What will happen when both John Cena and CM Punk are two of six participants locked in the Elimination Chamber this Sunday?

Forty-eight days before his date with “destiny” at WrestleMania, where he will face the World Heavyweight Champion, whoever that may be following this Sunday’s Elimination Chamber Match for the gold, the winner of the 2011 Royal Rumble Match, Alberto Del Rio, would make an appearance on RAW as Del Rio states that it does not matter to him who is the World Heavyweight Champion this Sunday at WWE Elimination Chamber because it is his “destiny” to be the World Heavyweight Champion at WrestleMania! Alberto Del Rio is then interrupted by the arrival of the World Heavyweight Champion himself, Edge, who states that he has been too busy beating Dolph Ziggler the last couple of weeks, but recently remembered getting blasted with a guitar two weeks ago on RAW and he has his own “destiny”! Edge would then attack Del Rio and would get ready to blast the Royal Rumble winner with the Spear, but Del Rio’s persona ring announcer, Ricardo Rodriguez, would distract Edge long enough for Del Rio to escape the ring and Del Rio would get a shot in on the arm of Edge, but Edge would bounce back by delivering the Spear to Del Rio, sending Del Rio off of the ring apron! As Edge celebrated in the ring with his World Heavyweight Title, Edge is interrupted by the screeching voice of his ex-wife, the acting General Manager of SmackDown, Vickie Guerrero makes the shocking proclamation that there will be an Elimination Chamber Match for the World Heavyweight Title this Sunday night, but she is there to introduce the “new World Heavyweight Champion”, her boyfriend Dolph Ziggler! This comes as a result of Edge using the banned Spear, as well as having Packers linebacker Clay Matthews count the pinfall in the match, in the title defense this past Friday on SmackDown! Vickie would then announce that they will have the “official coronation” of new World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler this Friday night on the 600th Episode of SmackDown before making the even more shocking announcement that Edge is not only losing the World Heavyweight Title, but he is losing his “job”, because she has “proof” that Edge is the one who attacked Theodore Long a number of weeks ago! Can Edge really be the one who attacked Theodore Long and caused Long severe head trauma? Is Edge really fired from the WWE?

The third, and most revealing, mysterious promo would then air as the same lone house in the middle of nowhere would be shown as a storm raged outside the house, but inside the house, the familiar figure and black attire of the one and only “Phenom” of the WWE is shown passing by the window before “The Deadman” is shown standing in front of the window as three candles are mysteriously blown and the cloaked figure is shown outside in the rain once again before the date, 2.21.11, would appear again! All signs point to the return of the one and only Undertaker, but what does “The Deadman” have in store when he returns on next week’s RAW?

Then it was time for the Lumberjill Match for the Divas Title as, with Divas Melina, Maryse, Alicia Fox, Tamina, Gail Kim, & The Bella Twins surrounding the ring, Natalya would get her rematch for the gold as she would challenge Eve Torres for the Divas Championship! In the end, it was Eve Torres countering a roll-up attempt by Natalya into a pin of her own to pick up the win to retain the Divas Title, followed by a post-match handshake between the two Divas!

Backstage, The Bella Twins would be ridiculing the Divas Champion Eve Torres moments after her title retention as The Bellas would tell Eve that she would not have retained the Divas Title had she defended against them! One of The Bella Twins then grabs Eve by the throat, prompting a brawl between the Divas that would grab the attention of Gail Kim and Natalya who would get involved in the brawl!

One week after attacking King Sheamus following allegations of insults, “The World’s Strongest Man” Mark Henry was set for action on RAW, but on his way to the ring, Henry would be attacked from behind by King Sheamus before getting laid out with the Brogue Kick by Sheamus! King Sheamus would then proclaim that his attack on Mark Henry was a “reminder” to the Elimination Chamber participants this Sunday night before stating that he will deliver an even bigger “reminder” later on when he goes one-on-one with Randy Orton! King Sheamus would then see Mark Henry getting to his feet and would deliver a second Brogue Kick to Henry! What is the status of Mark Henry following this attack? What fate awaits Randy Orton when he goes one-on-one with King Sheamus?

Six nights before he defends the WWE Championship against Hall of Famer Jerry “The King” Lawler at WWE Elimination Chamber, The Miz would be in action on RAW as WWE Champion The Miz, with “apprentice” Alex Riley a guest on commentary, would go one-on-one with a familiar rival in United States Champion Daniel Bryan in a Champion Vs. Champion Match! At the end of an incredibly hard-fought match, it was The Miz coming out of nowhere with the Skull Crushing Finale on Daniel Bryan en route to picking up a big win! After the match, The Miz asks the fans if they “saw” what he did to Daniel Bryan before saying that Jerry “The King” Lawler did not see it due to the death of his mother before offering his “sincere condolences” before stating that he hopes that Jerry Lawler does not use it as an “excuse” for “losing” this Sunday at WWE Elimination Chamber! Who will be the WWE Champion this Sunday? Will The Miz retain or will Hall of Famer Jerry “The King” Lawler win the WWE Title for the first time in his legendary career?

One week after getting sprayed in the face and kicked in the head by New Nexus leader CM Punk, a determined John Morrison, showing the injury to his eye, would team with R-Truth to take on New Nexus members David Otunga & Michael McGillicutty, with Mason Ryan in their corner! In an intense, revenge-fueled showing by John Morrison, Morrison and R-Truth would take out Mason Ryan before Morrison delivering a knee to the face of Michael McGillicutty en route to picking up the win! After the match, Mason Ryan would try to attack Morrison & R-Truth, but the duo would fend off the attack! What will happen this Sunday night when John Morrison and R-Truth are two of the six competitors inside the Elimination Chamber? Will John Morrison get his hands on CM Punk?

RAW would also feature a special surprise Guest Star as the star of the hit series, Modern Family, as well as the upcoming WWE Studios’ film, The Chaperone, starring “The Game” Triple H as young actress Ariel Winter would make an appearance on RAW as Ariel would introduce a special Khali Kiss Cam for Valentine’s Day! The Great Khali, along with his brother and translator, Ranjin Singh, would then come out as Ranjin Singh, on behalf of The Great Khali, would show the special Khali Kiss Cam on couples in the crowd before showing a kiss between Santino Marella & Tamina and Dolph Ziggler & Vickie Guerrero before showing Ted DiBiase & Maryse on the Kiss Cam, but Maryse would refuse to kiss DiBiase and would instead kiss Yoshi Tatsu! Then the Kiss Cam would show William Regal & Zack Ryder as Regal would kiss Ryder on the cheek! Lastly, Hornswoggle would be shown coming out from under the ring as the little guy would present a box of chocolates to Ariel Winter, who responds by delivering a kiss on the cheek for Hornswoggle!

Six nights before they are two of six competitors in the Elimination Chamber Match this Sunday with a WWE Title shot in the main event of WrestleMania on the line, “The Viper” Randy Orton would go one-on-one with the 2010 King of the Ring, King Sheamus! In the end, it was Randy Orton coming out of nowhere with the RKO on King Sheamus en route to picking up the win! Immediately after the match, CM Punk & The New Nexus would rush the ring and attack Randy Orton, but John Morrison would rush out and attack CM Punk before R-Truth would emerge as well! The numbers game would overtake R-Truth & John Morrison, but John Cena would rush out and, as R-Truth and Morrison got out of the ring, Randy Orton would deliver an RKO to David Otunga, followed by another RKO to Michael McGillicutty, before Cena & Orton would work together to send Mason Ryan out of the ring! CM Punk would then try to sneak in and hit the GTS on Randy Orton, but Orton would maneuver out of the move and shove Punk right into Cena, who would deliver the Attitude Adjustment to Punk, leaving Cena and Orton standing tall in the ring! What will happen this Sunday night when John Cena, Randy Orton, CM Punk, R-Truth, John Morrison, & King Sheamus square off in the Elimination Chamber Match with a shot at the WWE Champion at WrestleMania on the line?

Backstage, in the parking lot area, a limousine is shown pulling into the arena and, when the door of the limo opens, a woman’s feet and legs are shown! Who is this woman? Could it be the much talked about Host of WrestleMania?

Then it was time for the big reveal as, after a week of rampant speculation, the Host of WrestleMania would finally be revealed as, with the complete shutdown of all the lights and equipment in the arena and the shine of bright lightning on the big screen and the familiar line of “If You Smell…”, none other than the incomparable, legendary, supremely entertaining “Most Electrifying Man in Sports Entertainment” The Rock! For the first time in seven long years, the age-defining “People’s Champion” would step foot in a WWE ring as The Rock would proclaim that “after seven long years, finally, The Rock has come back to Anaheim, which means that, finally, The Rock has come back to Monday Night RAW, which means that The Rock has come back home”! As the Honda Center absolutely resonates with chants of “Rocky”, The Rock states that he needs to tell the fans something “as Dwayne” before telling the fans that he did not come back for the “money” or to “promote a movie”, he came back for the fans as the fans never left his side for the seven years he was not in the WWE and thanks the fans before The Rock vows that he is “never, ever going away “! The Rock states that he wanted to be the Host of WrestleMania, so he called Vince McMahon and Vince told him that there is “only one man electrifying enough” to be the Host of WrestleMania and that would be Justin Bieber! The Rock then states that there is only one man who is “captivating” enough to be the Host of WrestleMania and that is The Rock! Rock then proclaims that he will be the Host of WrestleMania and, at the drop of a dime, he will “layeth the smacketh down”! The Rock then ponders who could be the recipient at WrestleMania, bringing up WWE Champion The Miz, who Rock comments on by saying that, if you have to tell everyone how “awesome” you are, then it means you “completely suck”! The Rock then states that there is one more man that he is “going to see” at WrestleMania, but before The Rock could reveal the name of the individual, the anonymous General Manager of RAW would interrupt The Rock with an email, but when commentator Michael Cole announces the email and starts to head towards the laptop station that the GM communicates through, Rock threatens Cole and tells the commentator that, if he takes “one more step” towards the laptop, he will “slap the taste” out of Cole’s mouth so hard that Cole will “never get it back”! The Rock then asks Cole if he “thinks” that he is going to allow Cole to answer an email from the GM while he is live on RAW and asks Cole if he “thinks” anyone gives a “damn” what the email says before asking Cole if that is what he “thinks”! Cole then starts to tell The Rock what he thinks and Rock interrupts Cole and states that it “doesn’t matter” what Cole thinks! The Rock then tells Cole to take off his headset and to “know your damn role and shut your damn mouth” for, if Cole does not, he will have a special picture on his Facebook page tonight at Facebook.com/DwayneJohnson as, it will be a nice picture of The Rock getting out of the ring, getting the laptop, “shining it up real nice, turning it sideways, and sticking it up Michael Cole’s candy ass”! The Rock then calls Cole a “drunk hobbit” and tells him to sit down before continuing that there is one man who he has to see “face-to-face” as it is a guy who he thought was a “cool guy” and he wished him “well” and, after he left the WWE, this individual “out of the blue” began “talking trash” about The Rock and that man is none other than John Cena! The Rock then states that the WWE has gone from the “powerful Austin 3:16” and “can you smell what The Rock is cooking?” to “you can’t see me”! The Rock then states that a “blindfolded, sleeping, stuck-in-the-basement Stevie Wonder” can see him and states that Cena comes out with his “bright purple shirt and, before that, your bright green shirt and, before that, your bright orange shirt” before saying that Cena looks like a “big, fat bowl of Fruity Pebbles”! The Rock then states that he will see John Cena, The Miz, and everyone else at WrestleMania before “guaran-damn-teeing” that, at WrestleMania, he will show that he is “The Most Electrifying Man in All of Entertainment” and he will show that he will “layeth the smacketh down on all their candy asses” and when the “millions and millions of The Rock’s fans” go to WrestleMania and “electrify the world like nobody else” before proclaiming “if you smell what The Rock is cooking”! In a moment many wrestling fans the world over never thought would happen, the unmistakable “Most Electrifying Man in Entertainment” has returned to the WWE as The Rock will be the Host of WrestleMania XXVII! What does The Rock have in store for WrestleMania and the Superstars of the WWE competing at the event, like John Cena?
