Three nights before the 40-Man Royal Rumble Match, two Rumble Match participants would square off as R-Truth would go one-on-one with “The Crowned Prince” Tyson Kidd! Match Results Tyler Reks def. Trent Barreta by pin following the Burning Hammer. Primo & Zack Ryder def. Yoshi Tatsu & David Hart Smith by Primo pinning Yoshi Tatsu following the Back Stabber. R-Truth def. Tyson Kidd by pin following the What’s Up? Detailed Results The show kicks off with action from SmackDown as “The Dude Buster” Trent Barreta would go one-on-one with “The X Factor” Tyler Reks! In the end, it was the powerhouse Tyler Reks hitting the Burning Hammer on Trent Barreta en route to picking up the win! Before competing in tag team action on WWE Superstars, the newly formed team of Primo & Zack Ryder would introduce themselves before Ryder calls them the two “most overlooked Superstars in WWE history” before giving the fans the chance to “properly welcome” them! Primo then proclaims that they don’t “appreciate” the fans and that they are the “greatest tag team that should be on Monday Night RAW” before Ryder proclaims that, after the match, they are going to get some girls that are “D.Z.P”, which stands for “Down for Zack and Primo”! After their confident statements, the newly formed team of Primo & “The Long Island Iced Z” Zack Ryder would face the team of Yoshi Tatsu & David Hart Smith in tag team action! In the end, it was Primo hitting the Back Stabber on Yoshi Tatsu en route to picking up the win for himself and Zack Ryder! Then it was time for the main event as two of the participants in the 40-Man Royal Rumble Match would square off as R-Truth would go one-on-one with “The Crowned Prince” Tyson Kidd!
